Gorica Bridge
The Gorica Bridge is one of Berat's most graceful landmarks — a seven-arch Ottoman bridge that has linked the city's two halves across the Osum for centuries.

Spanning the Osum River between Mangalem and Gorica, the Gorica Bridge is a stone bridge of seven arches, a classic of Ottoman engineering. It is both a practical crossing and one of the most photographed spots in the city, especially at dusk when the light reflects off the water.
Best Time to Visit
The bridge is lovely at any time, but the soft light of early morning and late afternoon brings out the warm tones of its stone. The view from its midpoint, looking up toward the castle, is a Berat classic.
